Ouch!!

I busted my lip in 2 this evening putting on a new steering Damper on my 2002 f250. The socket wrench slipped off and blood everywhere. Damn rusty bolts. A friend of mine is buying it from me after I pick up my new f150 next week. I felt guilty selling it to him with the original damper on it. I guess I learned a valuble lesson.

Only bloody nose I've ever had (I'm almost 60) came from a combination punch......Mac 3/8 ratchet & 67 Cougar. Changing a timing chain and was pulling up on the ratchet while bent over the front of the car, same thing Grunt-slip-BAM!-cussing-then blood.

Good thing was nobody was watching!

It's definately getting back at me. The back passanger door has always had a small vibration and rattle. I have gotten used to after 10 years. It stopped 2 days ago. Quite as a church mouse. If I changed my mind I am sure the door would fall off.
