Bilstein shocks??

Looking for some advice on a nice set of replacement shocks for my 01 f150. I've got the six inch fabtech kit and I replaced the bushings on those shocks yesterday to find that there completely shot!!

I've heard good stuff about the Bilstein 5100s but does anyone have any other suggestions?

Also I can seem to find the right part number for the bilsteins. I've talked to three different ppl and they all have given me the different part numbers for them.

Any help would be awesome

just put bilstiens on my stock height 03 Fx4 and love them. Rides like a brand new truck now. Dont think you can get 5100's for our trucks though.

You can get 5100s for our trucks, I have them on mine. However they're only for trucks that have been lifted, if it's stock height you'd have to get the bilstein hds.

Another option would be the rancho 9000's.

Bilstein 5100 series shocks for your truck with 6" lift are on topguncustomz.com, 298 for all 4 shocks. Great people to deal with by the way.

Hey Ethan, I talked to a guy yesterday and he was saying for my lifted application I have to get a stem conversion kit for my rears. Did u gave to do this?? Or were u able to just bolt your rears up or did u need that stem conversion part for your upper rear mount?

Well my truck is an 06. I got the bilstein 5125 14" travel for the rear and they worked perfectly with my 6 inches of lift! And the 5100 4-6" struts for front. Rears Just bolted up
