bds lift with king shocks

bds lift with king shocks

hey guys gonna lift my truck pretty soon, going with the bds 6'' looking to get 8'' of lift, also im thinking about using king shocks, but does king make a adjustable shock to bring me up to 8'' or would i have to use a leveling kit, what king shocks am i looking for have much travel..??

kinda new to this also guys sorry if i dont know what im talking about

You want either bilstein 5100's or a coil over for a 6"-8" lifted truck

does king offer a coil over for that job???

Not without custom mounting it. And no specific application, you'd need to figure out spring rate and compressed/extended numbers.

KING does have a coilover that's adjustable from 6"-8" specific to the '09-'12 F150. I know because I've got some (which are for sale by the way) that I used on my '10 FX4 when I bumped the 6" Fabtech up to 7". When you order them you'll get the coilovers, custom top plates to mount the coilover to the existing strut top mount, bolt-on reservoir brackets and a coilover adjustment tool.
