bed bounce 05 scab 145" wb

did anyone come to a conclusion about the bed bounce issues with 04-08 f-150's? did a lil research, and really didnt find an answer, other than put sand bags in the back. i have 2 wd 145" scab, and Gabriels in the back. Considering KYB, for just back and forth to work and daily driver. I think practically all do this with no load in the rear, and the outboard shocks dont help. Just wondering ,,,,,not trying to start a shock debate. Also have about a 150-200 lb toolbox but its too close to the cab to help the rear. I really dont think theres any magic solution. Its dang near silk smooth on a smooth road so its not the tires aggravating the problem. I keep about 35-36 psi in the rears. (goodyear wrangler ATS- 17" wheels) Edge evo, 4.6, 975 411 yukons, Jones full boar ,,,got to love it..! rossford

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. I've noticed mine doing it going down the road before.

I noticed it on my old 05 . Seems like I remember talk about maybe axle bent a touch . I did not notice until warranty ran out so I just drove . Never had any trouble and bounce was not bad so I lived with it

dixie,,,,do you know what kind of shocks you have on the 04 scab that had little or no bounce? i still think the shock is a big player. thanks.....rossford
