i have an 05 f150 supercab with 5.5 foot box. i was wandering if a 6'' lift would be too much with the shorter wheel base. or would just a level, or body lift be better?

i was planning on getting 35x12.5x18 with rockstars from rimzone.com

there is one guy with a black 09 about to lift his with the 5.5 ft bed. not sure on username.

I don't think 6" will be a big deal, but at that wheel base i wouldn't want to go much higher.

 

Would be same as reg. cab 6 1/2 ft. bed as far as wheelbase goes . Check on reg. cabs , I know there are some with lift on here . I think you will be all right.

 

yea im just trying to think about what i want to do. prolly will just add a level and keep 33x12.5 and rockstars.

with gas going up like its supposeed to, i hate to go with 35s.
