The Great Prerunner Debate!

Ok guys, i've been lookin at prerunners for a while and i'm soon to decide. I'm leaning towards the RCD in the pic below because it's small and my truck isnt huge...i just think it would fit the truck better...but i'd like opinions...thanks y2kboki...i included that prerunner below...thanks again yall...

FIERCE OFFROAD

RCD

Fabtech

N'Fab

{cant find pic} looks just like the Fabtech without the skidplate...

Ok, what do yall think? Prices run (w/o lights im assuming):

Fierce Offroad - $350
Fabtech - $366
RCD - $130 (maybe more for chrome)
N'Fab - $350

Thanks yall...let me know what yall think...

Unhappy well damn

Well, unfortunately the hoop by RCD above no longer comes in chrome because ford changed the bumper design ...so...i dunno what i'm gonna do...think it'll still look good in black?...i dunno...not with that chrome right behind it...damn...

BigBadRedLiftedFordMan,

They all look cool. I'm thinking about geting one also. I just don't now about the FIERCE OFFROAD one though. From reading thier docs on thier site, it looks like it just drills into the front bumber. Doesn't seem all that sturdy!

Check out this post...

Squanto has a sweeting looking prerunner. You can see it and where he bought it on that post.

The FabTech looks like the best bet though.

4RDPWR, I got that pic from the Truckworld.com site. Mike has a site www.reaperracing.com but it was down as of early Friday morning.

biggins they also attach to the frame somehow. I was down at their shop a few weeks ago and they look pretty durable. A guy I know has one on his 97 GMC 2WD and its pretty solid.

BigBadRedLiftedFordMan did you figure out what your gonna do? I was considering a prerunner bar for my Z71 a while back so that I had a place to mount my Hella 4000s. But I've chnged my mind since then. I'm going to have a custom skid plate designed and I am getting a Can-Back top w/ a Con-Ferr roof rack and I will mount the lights on top.
