you can....what youd have to do:
1. cut off the coil bucket
2. fab up a shock hoop and mounts. doing both sides, u can build a engine cage, just something that goes across it to brace both sides so the hoops dont collapse.
3. make your lower control are fully boxed...most trash em and build new ones.
4. uppers is pretty easy, just need uppers with uniballs..you can get a conversion from ball joint to uni on the spindle.
or
just move up to long travel..it will cost about the same and you get a full kit...unless your a professional fabricator..

If you want that kind of setup contact BTF Fab in Socal and he will make a kit to your needs. I want the uniball upper as well and he quoted me about 600 which is a great deal since the upper ball joints are what limit most suspension to a point. Look on dezertrangers.com for BTF Fab and get in touch with him. Do you know any other companies that make uniball uppers for pre 2003 F150s? Thanks

Any of them will, camburg, btf, gmr (if he hasn't switched to cars only yet) I think Dixon bros can, cst has a uniball system that uses coilovers, number 7 fab, and they'res more out there.
Check around on dezertrangerz in the fab area, any of the shops can make them. Theyres one guy on there too who's looking to design them for other trucks and I last time I checked he hadn't gotten a 97-03 f150 in yet so hes does them for just a little more than parts and like half labor so he can get his name out there for his stuff.
