It may be both, the guy who installs it should align it..if not take it locally to get aligned and they should be able to. Mine pulled right hardcore and I had to take it locally to get it straightened.

I'm not around you to see what the road you're test driving it on is like, but make sure it's a smooth road thats failry new. Down here in south louisiana I fight with this all the time. Our roads are not all level. I can be on one road where the truck drives fine then on another where I'm tugging on the wheel to keep it from pulling. With a factory size tire you won't notice, but the minute you install wider tires the truck will pull on certain roads.

You can also check your front tires while parked on concrete. Check to see if there is any camber in them.
