Kmc wheels, 34s, 2.5 level kit?

I've got an 09 lariat 4x4 I recently bought a level kit from rough country and I want to add 275/65r20 nitto terra grapplers with some 20x9 kmc wheels. The wheels I'm looking at I can get in a -12 offset or +12 offset.

My question Is, has anyone ever done this set up with a similar truck without any problems or mods like trimming splash shield? Does it make a difference with what offset I get?

Thanks for reading

Im about to install a 2.5" leveling kit with BMF wheels that have a 0 offset and my 33" Toyo MTs and i know i'll have some minor rubbing.. If you go -12 then you will need more than a leveling kit.. But +12 should be fine

For what it's worth, I suggest that you do not go with a 2.5" leveling kit on an '09. With an AS 2" leveling kit on my '09 4x4, the UCA angle looks like:

I am not too thrilled with this angle, I certainly wouldn't want more. There is also a scar on the spring where the UCA occasionally hits it.

Thats Autospring....thats a brand that you should buy because they are only like 90 bucks... Stick with as positive as you can to prevent a lot of rubbage. I have -12 offset in kmc wheel..you can see how far theystick out on my 2010 with a 6" lift....the same wheels on a 3"leveling kit on my06'....i like the look of the negative offset best, but you will have to stick with a 33 if thats what you like

My tires are the stock p275/55r20 Pirellis. I know that I am in the minority here, but I am very happy with these tires. I have 45K on them now and still have between 6/32" and 7/32" of tread left. More importantly, they handle my 7000 lb travel trailer very well. The sidewall, likely due to the low profile, is VERY stiff. Comparing the stiffness (by pushing sideways on the back of the truck) to the stock p275/65r18s on a similar F150 and p265/65r17 LR-E tires on a 3/4 ton, my tires are MUCH stiffer.

When my ball joints wear out, I will likely replace the AS leveling kit with a set of Bilstein 5100s set to 1.5"
