Help leveling kit noise

I have a 2010 F150 Plat in 4x4. I hate the nose down rake so I had installed at a muffler / performance shop a set of 5100 series Bilstiens the adjustable one. The new stance looks awesome and it rides fine. I camped at Uwharrie and drove it on some back roads and all was well. Since installed the truck does make different sounds up front at low speeds in parking lots with bumps it is almost a rattle but doesnt happen at highway speeds. I live in Kannapolis/Concord NC and when I last got my oil changed at Hilbish Ford I asked them to check out the rattle and they went through it and said that evey thing seems installed right and torqued right but they too heard the rattle and said it was in my "leveling kit?" Any ideas at all what this might be I sure do not want to take these off but the rattle is bothering me more and more. Hilbish said it was all safe per their inspection. Is it just new part new sound thing or is it just slightly stiffer struts new sound thing I mean nothing seems loose. Ahh this is driving me nuts any help here and I owe you one. Thanks in advance
