Are the suspension parts for v8 and v6 97-03 f150 the same?

Are the suspension parts for v8 and v6 97-03 f150 the same?

I know the coil springs are one inch higher but is everything else the same like control arms ball joints and all that?

The suspension and frame are all the same, just a lighter engine/ truck won't push the springs down as far

then wouldn't a V6 sit higher in the front then a V8?

most of the V6s run the smaller taller tire, the 235-75-16 IIRC
