I have a 2007 XLT 2wd. Everything on the truck is stock. I am looking at installing either a 2" or a 2.5" leveling kit. I will eventually get some larger tires but it won't be any time soon. I need help trying to decide which kit to get or if there is really much of a difference in the two?

The 06-08 trucks have slightly less rake than the 04-05. Usually the 2 inch will get u level with the 07. U could also measure the difference and go from there. Wheelwell to top of tire.

 

get either a Hell Bent Steel, Autospring or any designed like that. don't get a daystar, i had a bad experience with that kit

 

with all these "leveling kit" buyers I'm going to purchase stock in balljoints

 

Make sure the stock includes the ones for the 97-03's where everyone seems to leveling key's for torsion bars are so amazing..
