Thump thump thump

So When I hit the breaks I hear thump thump tump over and over I get out and my caliper is rubbing on the inside of my rim and the wheel was slightly out to the right while my other tire was straight so I drove home at 20 mph on a 65mph road lol. Is this a bad ball joint Orr? Whatever it may be and whatever you think it might be how much do you think it would cost to fix? If it is the ball joint should i replace the other side to?Thanks

Are all your lugs tight?

Definitely not ball joints, those wouldn't cause it to shift like that. I'd check your lugs like MossyOak said, and if they're tight I'd start looking real carefully for anything that's bent on that side. Also you might want to pull the wheel off and check to see if where the studs go through the holes haven't widened any.

Check your lug nuts and your brake caliper bolts.
