I just noticed that, but maybe it's because it's a narrow tire on there still it doesn't look like much of a difference.

yea it didn't really affect it that ive noticed, but pizza man's probably right. its just the stock 270 65s on there. and wandell thanks for the tire recs, i pm'd you earlier about a 315 70 r17 which i think is a 35. anythoughts?

35's aren't gonna work, you need a bare minimum of 6" with some serious trimming to clear those.

Ah I hate metric haha, but yea if a 305/70 is somewhere between a 34 and 33 and not wider than a 12.50 that'd be your best bet man.

I think a 295 is going to fit better than a 305. A 305 for a 17 is a 34, which might cause you some rubbing.

I sometimes get rubbing on mine with 32's when parked uphill.

Edit: I have 3.5" spindles and 3" rear blocks.

wildbill that rub isnt much of an issue. all you have to do is trim your valence a bit. i just want to avoid rubbing the frame/important stuff. seems like all i can really get is a 285 70 r17 unless i get terra grapplers, or something else that expensive.

I agree that the valance can be trimmed. I was just mentioning it because some people reading what tire sizes they can go with may not want to do any trimming nor have any rubbing on anything.
