Leaf spring torque specs???

Does anyone know the torque specs for leaf springs on a 07 scab 4x4?

I need to know the following and can't find the info anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated.

1. Two center pins that hold the leaf pack together
2. Front hanger bolts
3. Rear hanger bolts
4. Rear shackle bolts
5. U bolts

I broke a center pin bolt one time from getting it too tight, but those other bolts are all so big I would think you should be fine getting them as tight as you can with a wrench (150 ft/lbs or so)

Thanks for the help, man. I talked to a guy at Deaver and he set me straight. My center pins are a grade 8 so I should be good there.
