Gas mileage after adding more lift and tire?

i was wondering what kind of mileage a i would be getting if i added 5 more inches to the already 6 inches of lift i already have. i would also be putting 4.88 gears with 38-15.5-17. and also adding true duals. i currentyl have a gryphon programmer cold air intake flow master exhaust. im running 35-12.5-17 and i can get close to 18 mpg on highway.

Do you have stock gears now? Truck looks good as is if u ask me. What tires are u looking at for the 38s. If u are going with that big of tires how concerned are u really with mileage? just saying, u would probably leave good enough alone and stick with the 35s if u were super concerned.

With 37s and 10" of lift with 4.88s I can get 12.5. My best since lifted is 14 around town

I have 38x15.50s and 4.88s in my 4.6 and I get 11.5 about 50% highway and 50% city. I managed to get 13 on the pure highway.

I run 37x13.50x17's with 4.88's and I get 13 in town, and a tiny bit better on the highway, sometimes as high as 15, depending on the headwind.

And, like jerrybizzle points out, if your running a big rig, gas mileage is not nearly as important as looking cool
