I would wait and see if u sit nose high and don't like it. If it turns out that way, you can do a bigger block, add a leaf or rear air bags. Those are the most common things people do to raise the rear if the front goes too high. General consensus is u will be able to fit 33s with a leveled 2wd. Some have fit bigger, but may have had to trim. Are u keeping stock rims? Make sure to get an alignment after level.

Only way to know for sure is to measure the front and rear of the truck before and after the lift is installed.

You should be good with 33's... which is not that much bigger than stock, but still bigger, nonetheless. And as for your back, it just depends on what you like:

Do you want to just take your current stance and just raise it up 2.5"? --> I think the stock blocks are 1.5" (someone correct me if I'm wrong), so you would want a 4" block based on that. However, this is a cheap way out and with a short block you don't run into as much of a problem, but with a full lift kit, and even getting around a 4" block, you run into axle wrap. Not a whole lot of fun... and is a pain to tow with... just saying...

Do you want to take your current stance, raise it up 2.5", still be able to tow, increase your payload, and stiffen your suspension (which would help cornering etc)? --> Get a 2.5" Add-A-Leaf.

AAL will be more expensive, but not by a whole lot. If you're doing it yourself, expect to pay ~$100 for the leafs, $50 for new/longer U-bolts if they're needed. If you're paying a shop, expect ~$90 for install on top of the $100 cost to buy the leafs and they probably will just swap out your U-bolts. If someone like 4wheelparts does it, expect ~$100 for AALs, ~$90 for labor and a crappy job with the stock u-bolts and stock spring clips barely holding on for life.... Just speaking from experience (Oh and I have pictures of my spring clips from 4WP too if you're really interested lol)

i have a 2007 FX2 screw with a 2.5 leveling kit and the front still sits a little lower than the back. im the only one that notices it. i wouldnt do anything to the back. i had 35s with the stock 20s. they rubbed a little. i have 33s now and have no rub at all.
