stabilizer bar

the stabilizer bar on my 2000 f 150 is very loose. it looks like there is something missing between the top rubber bushing and the bottom one. i can move it up an down about three inches. is this normal for fords?

sounds like you need new end links. It is a common problem on those model trucks. You can buy new ones at rockauto.com or auto zone. rock auto is your best bet. The best brand would be MOOG.
