You don't have torsion bars. Your best bet is a 2.5" auto spring leveling kit

2004 and newer f150's don't have torsion bars. I agree with a 2.5 inch spacer on top of your front coil overs being the cheapest way to get a small lift. Should cost you right at $100

^x2 and you could also do a body lift on top of the leveling kit and have a 5.5" lift for around $650 if you install it yourself.

Agree with 2.5 inch spacer. U can fit up to 35 inch tires with stock or similar to stock backspacing aftermarket wheels. Just remember u will need an alignment after u level.

I've got a leveling kit in my 05 right now but it dosent feel tall enough . I'm going to get a suspension lift soon. Rough country makes a cheap one for about $1300.

3" BL FTL. Not a fan on body lifts, but that's just me.

I don't really like body lifts either. Some look fine if the details are good like raising the back bumper so there isn't that gap under the tailgate and extend the gap guards so you can't see up under the bed

Only on f-150 do bodylifts look ok because the frame already shows and it does not look too bad after the body lifts. I am doing one in a month or so... Chevy and other trucks look terrible tho imo.
