Carrying cargo with a flip kit. '09-current

I am planning to order the Bell Tech 3/5 kit for my '11 in the next couple of weeks, and I have a question.

I will, occasionally haul a Polaris 500 or tow a 2500# trailer behind my truck. Either of these will, usually, squat the suspension enough to make the truck look almost level. What I am wondering is if anyone is running a flip on their '09-current 2wd, and if they have problems bottoming out. If this has been a problem, how did you fix it? Helper springs? Air bags? Basically, I only want to have the rear apart 1 time; and want to do it right on the first try. I am also considering adding a rear sway bar, so I need to know if there will be any sort of clearance issues with bags/helper springs.

Thanks in advance,
Shaun
