Lift Problems!!!

I recently installed a 2.5 leveling kit, 1" rear block and 4 new shocks. I busted a axle boot so I replaced the whole axle. Now the new one is busted as well as the old one on the other side. So I am wondering how I can stop the boots from busting without lowering the truck back down. Any input would be great.

Thanks
k-davis

Are you talking about the rubber boots on the cv axles? Is it breaking on the differential side or the wheel side? And can you tell what's breaking them?

Yea the rubber boots its the inner boots. The leveling kit put them in a bind so there rubbing together and causing them to tear. So I was wondering if there was a stronger boot, or something that will stop the boots from tearing or take the stress off the axle. Without of course lowering it.

Do you still have the factory torsion keys? If you do I'd install those back in and crank them up to get about 2.5" of lift. Those aftermarket keys allow you to turn up to high and cause lots of problems with binding.

Lowering the differential down with new brackets is the only way I know of to fix that angle without lowering the suspension
