chirping noise from rear after lift

the first 2 days after I installed my lift I didnt hear anything at all. but now I constantly hear a tweeting noise from the rear. its there weather im using the brakes or not, coasting or accelerating. it stays the same when I go over bumps(does not get louder or quieter). Im taking it in to the shop in a few days but I just wanted to know if any of you know what it might be?s

also, I installed new lower bj's when I did the lift.

maybe I just need to lube something?

almost sounds like its coming from the wheel hub

I bet it's your leaf springs. Did you add a block or add-a-leaf in the rear? I'd start with a retorque those u-bolts.

I installed an AAL when I lifted my '95 Tahoe and after a year or so, the friction between it and the other leaves caused a squeak. I was told to put a thin teflon "shim" between the leaves so there is no metal on metal contact...I never did but wanted to! I had also read that you can coat the leaves with teflon based paint (available at tractor supply shops) and use that to prevent leaf squeak. Not sure how well it would work but it makes a little sense...

Worst case, just tighten it all down and I bet the squeak goes away for a while.

just took it in and my buddy heard it coming from the rear shocks so he tightened them and the right one stopped making noise but the left side still makes noise when i push down on the bed even though he tightened it all the way.

he also tightened the AAL.

any other ideas? he says it still sounds like its coming from the shock.

Im sure this isnt it, but shake your tailgate back and forth side to side. mine squeeks all the time.. as did my last truck also. I thought mine was coming from under the truck, but i eventually came to find it in the tailgate while it was shut.
I also had some squeekage coming from my aal on my last truck.
