Question about suspension

I'm thinking about putting a Rough Country 2.5" leveling torsion key on my 2001 ford f150 supercrew and then putting a 5" suspension lift on top of that. Is that a bad idea or is it ok to do that?

Yea bad idea! You don't need torsion keys. They suck and allow you to crank the torsion bars waaaaay too far. If your 5" lift isn't enough for you, then pursue a bigger lift, but don't crank the torsion bars farther than what you can get out of the stock keys.

Do a search also...this subject has been covered maybe a time or two.

Right. Just install the lift kit and crank up the stock adjustment keys. If that isn't tall enough, add a 3 inch body lift.
