leaf spring hangers

Do they make a leaf spring hanger that will lift the back of your truck instead of using blocks? i have a 02 2wd f150 and thought this might work since my friend had somthing like this on the front leafs of his 01 superduty.

think about putting the springs on top of the axle. would that satisfy what you want it to look like? would it even be feasible? i did this once back in the 50's. is it still a viable thing on these trucks?

It's called a shackle flip, search it up.
You only get half an inch for every inch of lift and lose playload.

If you don't want to use blocks you could use a lift shackle and add a leaf. Combined together they should gain you about 3-4 inches of lift.
