This would've been a better question to ask in the suspension section as a new thread rather than a 2 year old thread.. But.. Let's see here:

Coil-over rear shocks? You replaced the leaf springs?

Have you read the suspension section sticky? That could probably answer your question (it's also linked in my signature).

For front lift to get 3" you can go with 3" spindles or the 3.5" ones, these will increase your front trackwidth 1.5". Or you can get a set of 3" coils or a 3" spacer with aftermarket control arms to correct the angles.
