Which coil-over is better?

So my truck has been needing some new springs and I decided, which not just get a whole new coil-over assembly?

So here is what I'm looking at right now:

$200 Suncore Assemblies
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Sunco...Q5fAccessories

OR

$300 Monroe Assemblies
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/F150-...Q5fAccessories

I'm pretty sure that in this situation, you get what you pay for. But I don't know if either of these have a bad reputation.
If you have any better suggestions, feel free to enlighten me.

Also, if I bought a pair of coil-overs and took them to a ford dealer, how much would they charge me to have them installed?

I just came into some money so I want to get this done before something else comes up.

Any help will be appreciated,
Chris

Monroe is probably gonna be your best bet as far as OE quality goes.

Just get some king or fox OEM bolt in coilovers. 0-3in height adjustment and they are rebuildable so you save money in the long run.

Not really. Reason being is you can buy 5 sets of those Monroes for 300 and still come out cheaper than a set of those OEM king coilovers for our trucks. keeping a truck stock or with a 2 inch leveling kit you shouldn't go through 5 sets of coilovers and shocks up front unless you really beat the **** outta your truck
