leveling kit on an 04 question

I installed a 3 inch levelling kit about a year ago but it doesn't seem to be level it is still nose diving to me.

pictures? fender measurements?

did you do anything to lift the rear? are you 4wd or 2wd?

general consensus is 3" is to much, a few people here have reported binding of the front end when offroad in 4wd.
