3 Inch Lift Help!

I got a 3 inch body lift installed by Four Wheel Parts I got it last summer right before I got my tires installed. (34.8 Nitto Terra Grapplers and also by Four Wheel Parts) I felt it looked kinda low but I just thought I should have gotten a 6 inch suspension. But then my friend rolled up in his Chevy with a 4 inch body lift and roughly the same size tires. And it looked a hell of a lot higher than mine! What can I check for to make sure it was done right or that it hasn't cracked? (My friend said that happened to his brother)

Thanks for all the input thanks!

You are comparing apples to oranges. I'm sure that a 4x4 Chevy sits higher than a 4x2 F-150. If you want you truck to be taller, I'd suggest looking at 6 inch Pro Comp and Fabtech suspension lifts.

4" body lift are you sure he doesn't have a leveling kit and 3" body lift?

either way to get to his height you need atleast 6" of lift to equal his 4"

Yeah noone makes or has ever made a 4" to my knowledge. Unless it was one of those make your own body lifts with hockey pucks or 4" pipe sections.

Prices are gonna vary depending on what brand you get and if it's a stage 1 or a stage 2 lift.

cutten custom has good prices (249 and 1960 area) i paid $2100 installed for my 6" bds on my 07

Texas truck works (2978 and 1488 towards conroe) is $1800 for a RCX 6" for a 4wd so i would assume around that or maybe a little less for a 2wd.

extreme offroad in katy (mason rd and i10) fx4 for life 79 has all of his work done there
