This is my 08 XLT with a 2" leveling kit and 295/70/18 Nitto Terra Grappler tires. The tires come out to about 34.5". It helped my truck stand out more, hasn't hurt the ride quality, and has caused people to ask me how much lift I have.

yes, you can still tow trailers with a leveling kit. However, think about what the trailer does to your truck now. It squats the rear to make it level. So once you go level with the front, the trailer will push the rear down and you'll be nose up. If that's ok is up to you.

If it's not, consider a 3" body lift. You can clear bigger tires and you won't change the suspension or towing a bit. But it's a lot more money and a lot more work to install.

I have the truxx 3" leveling kit, looks pretty good, but I drive a lot on the beach and always screw around on the dunes and worry A LOT abou premature wear and tear, havent had any issues binding yet while in four-wheel though, but I do tend to get nervous, haha... It is an awesome kit, all-in-all, with the steel spacers on the leaf springs and struts, but to be honest, im already saving up for a 4" lift instead, havent even had this on for a month!! I would totally recommend the truxx kit, but I would also say dont make the same mistake as me, just save a few extra pennies and get a decent 4" suspension kit, I'm lookin at the Zone Offroad 4" suspension kit, I was told that its actually a cheaper, less labeled/flashy kit from Zone who is owned by BDS, food for thought buddy, thats just me
