Rear shocks with 2 inch drop

Planning on putting some GroundForce 2 inch drop shackles on the rear of my '06 2WD XL to level it out.

Question is, can I run my stock shocks with that minor drop, or will I need to get different shocks to work with that?

Gracias.

I thought they would, but I wanted to check first before pulling the trigger on the rear drop.

Got my 2 inch drop shackles on yesterday. The truck looks SO much better now.

Don't think I'm gonna go any lower. I run too many back country roads, and there's this nasty problem we have in Michigan called snow, and LOTS of it. I don't need my truck to be a snowplow. LOL.

Might get some new shocks for the rear in the near future. They compressed fairly easy by hand when I was putting the rear end back together after installing the shackles. Figure its about time to replace them. The fronts still pass all the tests for bounce and have no leaks, so they'll be fine for now. Might also explain why it feels like the back end is almost hopping around when I hit bumps on the funky country roads out here.

I also have some 2inch drop shackles and I was wondering do I have to buy different type of shock or can I keep my stock.? And does the rear end bounce alot ? Is it more sensitive to bumps on the road? Please reply..
