need serious help

i have an 2005 f150 on 37s and wen i had 35s it started to make a noise from the front end so wen i went up to 37s i had to re-gear front and rear and thought the noise was coming from the front axle but wen i did the gears evrything was like n ew and no issuses so i thought it was the universal joints on the front drive shaft and changed them and the noise still there and wen i take the front drive shaft out the grinding loud spinning noise goes away so i went to the junk yard and got a transfercase out of the same tr and year as mine and the noise went away for a month or too after putting the t-case in and now its bak and loud as be4 and cant figure out whats causing it to do this? like i said if i take the front drive shaft out the noise isnt there and just cant figure out y its making this noise but do no for sure it go to do with somthing with front drive shaft and t-case....any suggestions? i would really appricate it the noise is loud and annoying in cab makes me dont even want to drive it....thx need help fast
