Question RCD vs. Fabtech

How does the RCD lift kit deviate from the Fabtech kit (ie: Fabtech uses springs, a-arms, and spindles in their kit, what does RCD use?) Is one kit better than the other? If so, why and how?

rcd uses the stock a-arms while replacing the coils, shocks, and spindles. it also uses a 2 piece lower sub frame with anti compression struts for strength(looks good also). replaces all shocks with bilsteins. ride is good and i was told the alignment was "no problem". hope pics help.
