Help with rancho shock replacements

Calling all experts!

Ok, I had the Bilstein 5100's on order for 2 weeks only to call the a**holes at shockwarehouse.com to find out that the 5100's are on national backorder. And they didnt seem to care about their shotty customer service. Needless to say im done with shockwarehouse and the 5100s.

So, Im looking at the Rancho coilovers for the front and the RS9000XLs for the rear.

Front-

Rear-

My question is on which rear part number to go with. As of now its a 2005 FX4 with 33's and a 2" AS spacer. Can I order the above linked shock that says (rear 2" lift) and be good? This way I can set the front and rear at 2" lift and be done with it?

It does not give you lift, it is for a vehicle with a 2" lift.

I don't think the Rancho Quick Lift Coilover Shock Absorber give you the option to choose the height like the Bilsteins give. Those rear shocks allow you to replace your rear blocks with ones that are 2 inches taller than factory, but like kingfish said, they alone will not lift your back end.

Did you check any other retailers? I doubt all stock is depleted.

I've been wrong before, and will be again some day.......

Is not the same part number as the other 5100's I had on order and what everyone else recommened. The others were BE5-C298 and C299...............

For the front yes. There are no shocks that raise the rear. For that you need an AAL or true lift.

Ok, I called around every damn website that has the 5100's and finally found one and get this. They only had 4 in stock. Two front and two rear and they were the correct part number. How lucky is that.

2- F4-BE5-C298-H2
2- F4-BE5-C299-H0

Allshock.com and it was $10 cheaper than shockwarehouse.

Thanks!
