Pro Comp 6" Lift Install Questions

I am going to be installing my Pro Comp Stage 2 lift on my 2004 2wd soon and had some questions.

In the instructions, when putting the sway bar back on, it says "Flip the sway bar over from its original orientation and attach the factory sway bar and mounts to the new drop brackets." do i just connect the side that used to be on the passenger side to the drivers side? it may be a stupid question but it confused me a little.

Next, should i loctite every bolt? The directions only say to use where specified but i could only find one area where it said to use it.

Where can i find info on factory torque specs?

thanks.

just for future reference for someone needing help, i talked to pro comp and they say to loctite every bolt and the sway bar is just flipped over so the side that used to be on the passenger side is now on the drivers side. thanks for the help guys.
