Shockwharehouse...SUCKS!

So heres the deal I ordered a set of rear bilstien 5100s from Shockwharehouse on the 7th of January. Here it is 2 weeks later and still no shocks. I have also written them an email asking where they are and guess what...No response. I dont think I will be buying anything from them in the future.

Thats why I have gotten to the point where I just let my local offroad shop order stuff for me, that way I am out no money till they get there. Hope they send them to ya.

I ran into the same issue when I ordered the bilstein the level shocks for the front. Two weeks after I placed the order I called to get a status and they told me they had shipped and should be there in a few days. Another week passes and I call again. This time they say they just went out today and should be at my door in 2-3 days. After getting the run around on the phone three times they finally arrived almost a month after I ordered them. They have good prices but their customer service sucks. I won't be using them again.

Two words...Summit Racing!

If they don't have it, then I'll deal with it. But that's always my first stop for anything and everything.

I have been waiting for my 5100s from them since Nov. 11. They keep telling me they are on backorder from Bilstein whenever I call. I also get no reply to emails. I definitely will never order from them again.

Sorry to hear...Sometimes it better to spend a few extra bucks and get them from a reputable place that way you KNOW you will get your product in a timely manner

So I called today and they told me the same thing, that they had just showed up from Bilstien and they would get them out today. Maybe yours are on the way too.

if u call 4WD Hardware (affiliate of 4 wheel parts) 800-333-5535 ext. 846 - guys name is Jim - he can work prices down for you. I got my rims which normally run $215 at $160 and my lift kit for $1700 shipped which on 4 wheel parts it was running $1850 shipped... so he can haggle prices and price match for u with reasonable shipping times
