Newbie with some lift questions

First off, Happy New Year to everyone! I am brand new to the forum but I have been lurking/reading/learning for the past month. I think I now know enough info to ask some intelligent questions (fingers crossed).

Last year I bought a 2006 F150 FX4 that was already lifted with 36x15.5 Mickey Thompson tires on 18x10 eagle alloys wheels. The truck has a 3" body lift and I was told it had a 6" Rancho suspension lift. From all my reading I haven't found that Rancho makes a 6" lift for this truck so at the moment I'm really unsure as to the actual height of the suspension lift. If anyone can help me figure that one out I would be grateful (the blocks in the rear are about 4.25" tall if that helps any).

As I've read many other posters say over the last month--I'm just not happy with the amount of lift and want to go higher so here is my plan:

1. Switch out the Rancho lift for the Rize 8" lift kit (keep body lift)
2. Regear to 4.88s
3. Change wheels to Diamo black 17 karat (20x10)
4. Change tires to Toyo Open Country MT 38x15.5

Here come the questions:
1. Any of you out there with a white F150 running these wheels in black? I've searched and only found one photo and it was at an odd angle. Really would like to know what these will look like on a white truck.

2. Is the regear to 4.88 sufficient or should I go higher to say 5.13? I would rather lean toward the economy side than the performance side as I will do very little off-roading.

3. It seems many of the companies out there selling the rize kits have kind of made up their own version as to contents so which components do I really need? Front lift (obviously) and brake line kit I know for sure. For the back do I need the blocks/u-bolts AND add-a-leaf or just the blocks? Really unsure here. This truck is mainly for looks with minimal off-roading and NO towing.

4. Some of the kits come with Rize shocks. Are those sufficient or should I go with something else? I currently have Rancho shock all-round.

Any and all assistance will be greatly appreciated and I look forward to hanging out with you guys for a long time to come.

Rancho only makes a 4" lift for that truck.
