truck makes squeaky noises even hitting a bump going 10 mph

i have an 06 f-150 with a 3 inch body lift 4x2..when i hit a bump the whole truck sqeaks inside and out..its really loud..i was wondering is it the shocks or just the body lift? cause i wanna sell the truck but if someone takes it for a test drive they will notice it right off the bat.

also the trucks makes a loud screech when i turn the steering wheel to the left but not the right only when its in drive not in park? any ideas

thank you in advance/

My truck does the same thing and its a 98 4x2. I've talked to a few people and they've just said its low quality shocks but since I don't have the money to replace them right now I can't tell you for sure.

Possible bal joint bushings.....I had the same prob about a year and a half ago. sounded like a worn mattress on honeymoon night going down the road. Turns out my bushings were worn and squeeking like a wisconsin cheese curd!

it's most likely just the ball joints.

as far as the steering goes, make sure the steering shaft isn't rubbing the exhaust manifolds. you can see on the shaft if it is rubbing. it's a wild shot but mine used to rub when i got my headers installed. that was due to poor placement of a badge on the header though.

I'm gonna say ball joints, grease and see if it still happens, if it does check other suggestions. Good luck.

my truck squeaked when I hit bumps too, replaced the lower ball joints and fixed the problem.

and the steering, mine is not lifted but did some thing similar. It pops when i turned it to the left but not to the right it was the upper control arm bushings moving around. I welded the control arm to the bushing housing and it fixed it. (just spot welded) you could check just to be sure. but dont know if thats your problem. good luck
