This is the "F150Online" forum so we mostly have F150s. There are other forums which are more likely to get you the info you are looking for.

Here are a couple of links I found that may help you out

Ok guys, cool it. You happen to be the ones off base. We are predominately about F150s but we have forums for all the Ford trucks and members share info concerning them. If you don't have any help for him, just keep your thoughts to yourself. We have quite a few members with Rangers or had them in the past.

Hey that's mine!

I replaced my stock explorer buckets (very similar if not identical to your rangers) with 78 f150 buckets. You can get really nice buckets from james duff too.

Through the sas I lifted it less than 6"s but did need to trim the engine x-memeber. I wish I could get it lower and may just do that in the future by building a whole new x-member. Unfortunately i'd then need to do major body work in the rear to fit the tires, tub the wells, modify the doors etc. Anyway, point is that you can sas a ranger without lifting it to the sky. It makes for a much more stable rig in off-camber situations too!

If you have any other questions just lemme know
