Ball Joints

Was wondering if anyone knows about ball joints. I have to replace the bottom ones on both sides. Is there a different brand to get or should i get the stock ones again

Motorcraft ball joints arent serviceable so my personal preference is MOOG ball joints. A good site for these parts is www.rockauto.com . I decided to go with a new lower control arm instead of trying to fit a ball joint into the old lower control arm. You may want to research what is involved replacing just the ball joint into the factory lower control arm.

The newer Motorcraft ball joints have grease fittings. Also, if your lowers are worn out, the uppers can't be far behind. Might as well replace all four.
