Okay here is my truck leveled 2.5". My truck sits 38" to the top fender well now and 39" in the rear. I Just became the owner of a 7" cst lift. I am gonna go up 3" in the rear and 7" in the front with 35x13.50x20, i currently have brand new 32x12x20.

Here it is now, and the gray truck is another 2wd with 7" cst and 3" block in the rear, same exact thing im doing.

 

how much will the 4wd struts lift the front on a 2wd, and are they direct swap? also which leveling kit is best?

 

I can only say that on a 2010 the 4x4 strut will raise the front of a 4x2 by one inch, I have no idea how it works on a 2006.

As far as leveling kits go, this is my first truck with a leveling kit so I can't really say which is the best. I'm sure they're all pretty much the same, just a hunk of steel or polyurethane. I just went with what they had in the shop at the time, a 2" ProComp steel spacer.
