am i the only one?

i dont understand why so many people want to lift the front of there truck but not the rear.
do you not use your truck as it was intended to haul and tow?
you like it to sag when you do so?
plus i think it looks dumb a level truck looks like its saging in the rear to me just my opinion but i wanted to know if anyone shares it? i guess if you like your leveling kit thats good but i dont get it.

You must have one leg shorter then the other or maybe your standing on an incline or forgot to put one of your shoes on.
If a leveled truck looks to you like it's sagging in the rear, does a Non leveled truck look level to you ?

I agree with you on the sagging in the rear. I've got a 2.5 ready lift level kit and my truck is perfectly level but on certain angles, it does look as if it is sagging. When I hook up my landscaping trailer to the truck, it sags ridiculously. I've got a 4" rear block on the way and can't wait to get it installed.

I use my truck to haul and tow, not always things that would cause it to squat, but some times I have loaded plenty of weight in it.

I think my truck looks great, as far as I know of all the fords, chevys and dodges I have seen all besides the ford have been level unloaded.
Besides, it gives my truck a more "truck like" stance, and not a hot rod tail high stance.

Maybe if I had 500+ HP and big fat tires I would want a tail high truck, will likely not even then.

300 gallon of water before level.

after level not loaded.

before level no loaded.

i'm pretty sure ford didnt design the truck to be higher in the rear because they thought it was a hot rod. a truck stance in my opinion is when the rear is slightly higher and then when you have it loaded it is level not lower than the front.
but as i said as long as you like your truck thats all that matters i love mine

It's not your place to "get it". A level truck looks great. But that's why you called it your opinion. But in this case, you are entitled to your wrong opinion

Seriously though...how many truck owners haul or tow heavy loads the majority of the time?? The vast minority. They like their trucks to look good and sit level for the condition that they mostly see...the not towing/hauling part. They (we) are willing to deal with the squatting or sagging for the very little amount of time spent in this condition. And a lot of us like me, add something to rear (i.e. air bags) so that I have a perfect truck under any set of conditions. Heck, there's even guys that prefer the truck to sit lower in the rear. Look at all the trucks doing the prerunner/baha scene. It serves its purpose just like your plain old truck sitting high in the rear for hauling stuff around. All in what each individual likes.

Sort of on subject, but I am one of the few guys I know of that never asks "what do you think about this" or "how will this look", cause I know what I like. Guys that level or lower their trucks usually do too.

Is this to gain you a little over 1" on your factory block (assuming 4x4)? Just curious why you did not keep existing block and AAL?

My truck is 4x4 and has a stock 2" rear block. By getting the 4", I'm gaining 2" of lift in the rear. It's less expensive than a AAL.

I have the 2" level kit in front. Changed rear shocks to coilover monroe load adjusting. The rake is back, and still rides smooth. Load the bed with firewood, and still has a rake.
