AAL Question

Okay if this has been answered already I tried to look but do all AAL Kits add height to the back? Or more does a 44" superlift medium/heavy duty kit add, Im looking into getting the kit soon for my truck but I've heard both they do add height and they don't I figure ya'll would better know. Please and thank you for ya'lls help

If you have a 4WD F150, you can remove the rear block to help compensate for the lift from an AAL.
