Installed 2.5 AS kit

I just finished installing my 2.5in AS kit and it looks much better. I got a set of Fat Bobs AAL for the rear, but will install them tomorrow.

Looks good, now all you need is some new rims and tires! And try taking some pics on flat ground, makes a huge difference.

One step at a time. When I bought this truck in June it had brand new tires on it. I would not be able to get the wife to agree on new rims and tires just yet, but it will be coming.

Also I had just finished, you see the tires are still blocked. I will get more pics on level ground soon.

Installed the AALs. Do you all think the rear will settle in a little over time? It is a bit higher than I expected it to be. I think it will look MUCH better when I get some new rubber in there. I will probably go with Nitto Terra Grapplers in 295/70/R18

Rims and tires will make the big difference for you. The rear does look a bit too high with the stock tires and I doubt it will settle with as short as the leaf is. Could be wrong though.

Either way, now it's started so the bug has bitten

I did want some rake as I tow a boat will frequently carry a load in the bed and I DO NOT want that bulldog look. I now need to convince the wife I NEED new rims and tires.

Looks good Just need to raise the front a little bit more maybe those little rubber spacers you get from auto zone might help. Also a quick plug i have a set of 18" wheels with 285 65 18 hankook tires for a good deal. My truck is white also you can check out my album to get an idea how it would look, especially with the bullbar which I am selling also. Where you located?

I put in a 2.5 in AS spacer. that is the highest I am willing to go in the front. Any more tends to cause excessive wear on the CV and ball joints.

I am glad that I can expect the rear to settle a bit, but it is fine with me the way it is...That is until I get the bug to install a 6in lift.

lx4life...when I get new tires they will be MTs and probably 33s.
