rear driver's side is lower than the rest

Starting from VaBch, I'm on the road in TX right now headed out to NM and then up to NorCal and back to VaBch. I just stopped for gas in my 2010-FX4 and noticed the the truck is leaning... lower on the rear drivers side than anywhere else on the truck.

Did I blow one of the shocks? What are some quick roadside things I can do to troubleshoot for a problem? The truck has 6500 miles on it.

I don't want to spend the day at a Ford Dealership if I don't have to... If the shock is blown I guess I could buy some aftermarket shocks (Bilstein???) and have a garage put them on for me. What would you do?

urg... I guess I need to figure out why the truck has a lean now... the only thing I've noticed besides the lean is that at a very low speed there is a squeak coming from the same location... at first I thought it was the break pad rubbing but now I'm starting to second guess...

Ideas?

My passenger side rear leans too. With only 1000 miles, no signs of shock leakage and no squeeks yet, but its unusual and I don't think it's adjustable.

Could the weight of the gas in the gas tank cause it to lean. Did you measure the difference from each side?

I would not stress too much about it yet. Verify tire pressure is even all the way around. If by some chance it is a shock, it should be covered under warranty. Most of the time when this happens its due to a leaf spring pack that has started to sag. As new as the truck is, I doubt that's it. Also, I know this may seem like a dumb question, but if the surface you are parked on is not 100% level it can give the appearance that the truck is leaning, my driveway does this to me.
