Hard to find.

Hey guys,
I got a 2003 Ford F150 Crew Cab 2WD 4.6L V8, and I got some BFG All-Terrians but thinking about upgrading to some 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers with some black 20" MHT Fuel Hostage rims, trying to decide if I should get a 6" Pro Comp lift, but my uncle said with a 6" I'd have to get a Transfer Case Adapter, so I've been looking at getting a 4" suspension and a 2" body lift, but it's hard to find a 4" suspension for my truck, anyone know any 4" suspension lifts I could get?

Thanks,

Maybe I am missing something here, but why would you need a transfer case adapter for your 2wd running an OEM drivetrane? Besides I though the purpose of the TC adapter is to mesh tranny's to TC that do not match up? I think you will be just fine with a 6" suspension lift.

they make 6" and 7.5" suspension lifts for the 4x2 97-03 or between 1.5"-5.5" in spindle lifts and coils

no transfer case on a 2wd and even still a 6" on a 4x4 works just fine. hate to say it but your uncle is not wise to what he is giving advice on

Well thank you guys for the information.
And I got my All-Terrain tires at 4wheelparts.com and I'm looking for a cheaper site, they're pretty expensive, I found planettruck.com I think is what it's called and it's a little cheaper.

Thanks Jake,
And what about the lift? Know any cheaper site than 4wheelparts.com, on 4wheelparts it's like $1,400.

Ebay has a lot of them. Either that or go to a local store. They will usually cut deals on the older lifts if you let them install them.
