Lift Kit Problem/Control Arm

I finally got my RC 6" installed today. I basically went with a 6" RC, Bilstein 5100's raised 2" up front and 1.5 aal in the rear. The only problem I'm having is the upper control arm seems to be hitting on the strut assembly.

Any ideas on how to correct the problem?

i had the same problem a couple weeks ago when i tried adding a 2" leveling kit ontop of my RC 6" lift. heres the problem, rough country decided to only make the lower control arm drop brackets 5" and they use a giant 6" spacer to achieve the full 6" lift. follow me? so there is already an inch of angle on your upper control arms and your trying to add another 2". which will put your cv angles and upper controls arm at an angle as if u had a 3" spacer. still follow me? ok only way to fix it is to adj your struts down an inch. hope this helps.

Hell ya that helps! Thanks! Unfortunately the guys at the shop weren't to happy at the thought of staying late to fix the problem. Haha...so I have to wait until Monday now.

I will definitely post pics as soon ad its done. I just really hope lowering 1" will solve the problem. That way I don't have to pay more in labor.
