not on a 150 but put one on my brothers 05 250 p.s. and it fit wonderfully...not a problem.

if you're getting adj. shocks i suggest putting the controller on. a guy i work with had them and the seals wore out really quick and seized up the hand adjustment. could have been prevented with the installation of the controller he had but didnt install....i think its because the controller comes with an o-ring seal??? anyone?

I installed my kit with the help of my mechanic cousin on the side of my house, using floor jacks and jack stands. We used two air compressors and two sets of air tools to knock it out. We also replaced both lower ball joints and upper control arms/bj's during the install. We didnt run into any snags (not counting \my air compressor died during the install and I had to resort to a mechanical gun), but the cutting of the frame took longer than expected (see Rancho's installation instructions for more info on the cutting). To be honest the install was pretty straight forward and can be completed by two competent guys in 8 to 10 hours. See my albums for more pics but also look at VTHokieF150's site as well: VTHokieF150's Website
