manual steering box identification

I am attempting to restore a Pug, which is a 4 wheel drive articulate steering ATV, manufactured in Bruce WI in the late 60s and early 70s. They designed the machine around a lot of ford parts available at that time. The steering sector looks like some 7 year old got into it with a welder, grinder, missing bearings, pretty contact paper shims to replace the bearing etc. At any rate I've had the sector to several junk yards and the ford garage (need attitude adjustment) and I can't find a replacement steering sector. Cast in the case 5-16, stamped in front of it looks to be an inverted triangle with a T inside, behind it is stamped 11. Above the cast 5-16 looks to be stamped AD-3550. The only surviving bearing is on the output shaft, FOMOCO 68-3576 Torrington H NB-6. Any help in figuring out what this originally came in would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
