Is the Fabtech worth $760 more than the Pro-Comp?

if you go with the Pro-comp, start looking into something to raise the rear up, shims, AAL or a single bigger block.

I haven't had any issues with my Procomp. IMO the front cross member looks like a beefed up factory set-up. My truck sits a little lower in the rear, but that's why I got a set of AAL's plus I do a lot of towing with my truck and the added stability is always a plus. I had the Mud Grapplers also and absolutely hated them. The noise doesn't bother me, but they are heavy as hell (85+ lbs each) and wear out really quick.

SN: I personally like my KM2's. I have over 25k on them and they look great, easily 70% tread.

Thanks for the replies and I'm probably going to end up with either the Toyo M/Ts or Nitto Trail Grapplers. Probably a better option for me since I do travel a decent amount on the highway.

As for the saggy rear end I'll most likely go with a Pro Comp 5 1/2" rear block.

Sounds good. If you build a skid plate, post pics of it. I've thought about buying one from Procomp but they're just to expensive.

If I get the Pro-Comp I'll definitely make a skid plate for it.

I called a shop that I've used in the past and he quoted me $3985 for a 6" Fabtech Basic kit, 35x12.50x20 Toyo Open Country M/Ts, lift installation, mount/balance tires/wheels, alignment, and tax. Does that seem like a fair price?

Yeah that price includes everything except the wheels (tires, lift, alignment, install, mount/balance, and taxes).

Well now I've got to find some different wheels since I just found out the Diamos are on backorder. I've decided on the Toyo M/Ts for sure and there are a couple other wheels I like but I can't seem to make up my mind. Any opinions?

20x9 XD Spys (4.5" backspacing) with 35/12.50/20 Toyo M/Ts

20x10 XD Monsters (5" backspacing) with 35/12.50/20 Toyo M/Ts

The monsters are too played out in my opinion. Even street trucks run them out in socal and vegas. I like the XD Diesels, I have the 18's and wish i had the 20's powder coated black. Look much better in my opinion. Two good choices none the less.

And toyos are nittos and vice versa. I prefer the open countrys because I've run both nitto m/t and toyo m/t and it's a night and day difference in wear, ride, noise and streetability. Off road is little difference and unless your not doing any hard core off roading, stick with the toyo open country. They wear great, look good (though the mud grappler is more aggressive looking), sound great on the street and highway (almost non existant) and perform great!

Look what BDS is offering, I have a skyjacker (which is great) but for 1,650 you get the lift and stabilizers and brake lines!!!! you would have to be crazy not to go for it
