1) is this a good lift? im thinkin about it cause its only an ich off of 4" and $2,000 bucks cheeper.

2) i know this is the wrong section for it but im already here so.. wth? could i fit a 35x12.5x20 tire on this without rubbing?

Looks quite a bit like the Bilstein adjustable front shocks, and an add-a-leaf. Assuming its the same, I think it would give you the lift you want, but it will probably strain your front CV's with the angles you'd be running.

A lot of guys on here run 3'' leveling kits (cheaper yet) and squeeze 35's in there with some trimming, depending on if you run stock rims or wider, etc.

No, it's the same effect on your ball joints. 3 inches is just too tall without dropdown brackets. If you want a little lift and you need shocks, you will be much better off with Bilstiens or Rancho's.
